Speed and Acceleration Class
This is designed to enhance the athlete's strength, acceleration, and flexibility. Athletes will be performing
parachute sprints, weights, box jumps, acceleration drills, medicine balls along with other techniques. This is a program
used at the collegiate level. It will be specific towards baseball and softball players.
Tuesdays 6:00-7:00
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 or
7:00-8:00
One night per week $45.00
Two sessions per week $60.00
